The Bugatti Veyron Vitesse has made several claims, but has very less to do with Bugatti’s racing origins. The Vitesse was build solely to shatter the record that McLaren held for so long (since 1993), and not for racing purposes. The Vitesse is, however, pretty incredible when it comes to performance. It can move from 0 to 60 mph in only 2.6 seconds, and can travel at speeds in excess of 260 mph. A new video has now surfaced which shows the Vitesse competing against the Koenigsegg Agera R, and it has put Veyron’s performance to question. The Agera R has 1,140 horsepower, which is a meager 43 less than its counterpart. The video, however, shows the Agera R starting at 31 mph and going beyond 217 mph.
