A Porsche 911 Turbo S was seen burning in the parking lot of a Costco store near the offices of the Hot Rod Magazine. Robert Radke, owner of mefiburn.com, was onsite coincidently, and heard as saying, “There was smoke in the car a few rows from where I was parked, and I drove a little head and saw the car on fire!” The owner of the car arrived a few minutes later, but could not have the car saved even with the fire department doing their best! All New Porsche 911 Models Will Get Turbochargers by 2016

Car makers today have to focus on various different aspects apart from the speed. Hence, Porsche has now made an announcement that by 2016, all the Porsche 911 vehicles will get turbochargers that will help them to offer better speed and low rate emissions. The new Porsche 911 models will have better technologies to provide faster and safer vehicles to the consumers.

Porsche also mentioned that they are focusing on electric vehicles as well but that will take some time, but before that they would prefer to introduce better engines that are designed for today’s generation and will deliver better results as expected.

Porsche 919 Hybrid Returns for the Next Season of Racing Mania

The Porsche 919 Hybrid is ready to roll on the racing tracks for the year 2015. The new race car is a comprehensive evolution compared to the previous version.

The all-new 919 Hybrid racer will be hauled by a 2.0 liter turbocharged V4, whereby front wheels are supplied with an electrical power. The new improvements in design include restyled front end featuring low horizontal intake, and front nozzle extending to windshield with enhanced aerodynamic body profiles.

Last year, the race car from Porsche scored a coup in the 2014 FIA World Endurance Championship season held in Brazil, but retreated to the third spot in the overall result. By far, the new Porsche 919 Hybrid sounds like a winner, let’s keep our hopes high.
