Rumors have it, BMW M Division is ready to introduce new M2 Coupe which might own a 370bhp-plus turbocharged 3.0-liter six-cylinder engine.
The coupe borrows the body-styling from M235i (probably including the power specs too), while the alloy wheels are inherited from the new M3 and M4. The Blue performance brakes are visible on the mule, but the coupe is devoid of usual M division features like quadruple exhaust tailpipes and a more pronounced front and rear bumpers.
Apart from that nothing can be said for sure, as the secret still lies with the company’s engineers. The new BMW M2 Coupe is expected to enter the markets in the last quarter of this year.
BMW is reportedly preparing to add another range-topping supercar in its lineup after the BMW i8. A BMW fan, Carlos Aliaga Pastor has shown the world how he perceives the i9 – a revolutionary design as you see in the picture.
The BMW i9 design concept combines the elements of BMW i8 and formula one. Having an almond-shaped roof, headlamps mounted on suspended fenders and large wheels, this concept is certainly an awe-inspiring depiction of i9. However, despite being stylish and modern, this prototype may not relate to production-grade design.
Reportedly, the German automaker is set to launch the BMW i9 in the first quarter of 2016, probably on its 100th anniversary.
